The materials used throughout Residential concrete garage pads, Commercial shop floors or structural slabs, include but are not limited to:

• 32 MPA concrete air entrained, 
• Minimum 5” of compacted gravel
• 10mm steel tied 15” on center lifted with rebar chairs, unless otherwise specified by plans 
• Saw cuts every 10ft or less, as required
• Power trowel finish  
• Cure and seal 

Our trained concrete professionals are able to work with both the client and from and any provided custom engineered drawings. We are able to work with Residential clients who may want a heated garage pad, or with large commercial companies who require a large shop floor.
